Richa launched BadhaiBox with a vision to make gifting feel more personal, culturally rooted, and creatively elevated. With a background in storytelling and branding, she brings passion and precision to every box curated under the BadhaiBox banner. Her goal? To blend tradition with trend, and make every gift a celebration of Indian creativity.

With work experience of 10 years in diverse fields and industries ranging from energy to museums to production houses to branding & advertising to events to being a serial founder of a couple of small businesses, Richa has grown into a level-headed entrepreneur with never-give-up attitude infused with grit.

A firm believer of equality and inclusivity with a vision of creating an impact, not just influence. Currently, Richa is working on a powerful and unique mission of 'at least one Indian souvenir in every Indian house' to popularize the beauty of Indian legacy and to sensitise children and youth to preserve Indian heritage of all kinds.
